Here we are devoted to brining, smoking, barbeque, fire roasting and grilling recipes. Brining can be used to add flavor and juiciness to a variety of meats. The brining uses a food safe container and a refrigerator. Smoking imparts a smoky flavor and enhances the taste. For my smoking endeavors, I use a Weber Bullet smoker or a Weber Kettle grill.
