No-Knead Dark Bread
This delicious bread is easily made
2 cups bread flour
2 tsp dough conditioner
1 tsp active dry yeast
3/4 tsp table salt
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tbsp caraway seed
2 tsp ground caraway
1 cup Yuengling Black & Tan
1 tsp water
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
6 hours proof, fold over 4 x, 2 hour rise. 40 mins in cast iron at 425degrees
